Purpose – The purpose of this research is to determine whether employees' abusive supervision perception differ according demographic characteristics in publicly-owned and privately-owned banks. theoretical framework based on conservation resources theory, disengagement social gender inequality perspective. Design/methodology/approach In study, 317 survey forms were gathered from employees working banks Adana using the questionnaire developed by Tepper (2000). order examine bank employees’ gender, work experience, ownership form employed bank, independent samples t-test was applied. For analysis reveal there a difference terms age, one-way ANOVA test performed. Findings results showed that do not significantly bank. Additionally, it has been found rarely perceive supervision. Discussion Businesses imply policies perform different sort activities prevent supervision, which causes huge amount costs.
